With a “Configured solution” plan, the system can be ready within 1 to 3 months.
With a “Customized solution” plan, depending on the quantity of new or modified features required, our team can complete the whole process in just 3 months. It can take up to 12 months to launch LogAlto in large organizations. We offer to launch a configured version within 3 months and then roll out new features within 1 year.
LogAlto is a user-friendly platform that requires little training.
User guides and training videos are included in the subscription plan and are available to all users.
If you choose a Configured or a Customized solution, your account manager will conduct training at the location of your choice and will develop customized training manuals.
We offer additional training at 8 000 USD + travel expenses (max. 10 users) for organizations.
We do. We partner with the best training institutions which are recognized in the M&E and RBM field. To attend a training session, contact us and we will present you the different options we designed. Training can be conducted at the location of your choice. Contact us to get a price quote.
Yes. Helpdesk support is included in all of our subscription plans. You can also ask for additional support. We offer support by email and “Live support” by Skype or phone. Since we are located in Quebec, Canada, our helpdesk support hours are Monday to Friday 9h-16h (NYC\Eastern time, UTC/GMT – 5 hours). You can always send us your questions by email.
If your organization have a license for more than 50 users, it is possible to pay a one-time fee instead of an annual license.
