LogAlto is a user-friendly software which doesn't require advanced training.
The account manager leads taining by coaching individuals and facilitating teams in the implementation of the software
User guides and training videos are included in the subscription plan and are available via the help section in LogAlto.
In addition to your subscription, you can purchase a « private » online training that will be customized for your organization/group (already included in the Configured and Customized plan).
We can conduct in-person trainings at the location of your choice. For mid-size systems, the training takes 3 days. The implementation of the software has higher success rates when project managers are trained with administrator.
We partner with training institutions that are internationally renowned in the M&E and RBM field. To attend a training session in LogAlto and/or M&E and/or RBM, contact us. Cost for training is 12 000 USD + travel expenses (max. 10 users).
Our subscription plans include between 10 and 30h of helpdesk support in the first year. Additional helpdesk support can be purchased.
We offer support by email and live support by Skype and Slack. Since we are located in Quebec, Canada, our helpdesk support hours are: Mon-Fri, 9h-16h (NYC\Eastern time, UTC/GMT – 5 hours).
